At My Videos on DVD, our goal has always been simple: to help you preserve your precious memories in a way that’s safe, convenient, and suits your needs. As technology changes, so do the ways people like to receive their digitised videos, cine film and audio — which is why we’re pleased to introduce a new cloud-based delivery option alongside our USB and DVD options.
Cloud Delivery Option
Cloud delivery is a modern, flexible way to receive your digitised memories. Once your transfer is complete, your files are securely uploaded to Google Drive and protected with a password, so only you can access them.
You’ll have 30 days to download your files to your computer, mobile phone, tablet, or multiple devices if you wish. This option removes the need for a physical USB or DVD, helping to avoid rising storage costs (this means you save on the Setup fee!) while giving you fast, convenient access to your memories wherever you are.
Cloud delivery is ideal if you’re comfortable with digital files and want to save on setup costs.
USB Delivery
USBs remain a popular choice for customers who want a physical copy that’s easy to plug into a TV, computer or media player. They’re great for gifting or keeping as a dedicated backup. However, due to increasing demand for storage components across the tech industry, USB costs are rising, which may affect setup pricing in the near future.
DVD Delivery
DVDs are a familiar and reliable option, particularly for those who still enjoy watching home movies on a DVD player. They’re simple to use and ideal if you prefer a traditional format, though they offer less flexibility than digital files for sharing or backing up and can reduce the quality slightly for longer videos.
