Every make and model of TV is different however most modern smart TV’s have a USB port on them on either the back or side of the TV. The best thing to do is to consult your manual or search for your TV make and model followed by ‘USB playback’.

Yes, absolutely, we charge £6 per extra DVD or £10 per extra USB.
Please let us know if you need it faster than the advertised 2-3 weeks and we will do our best to expedite your order.
Yes, absolutely, all original media is returned along with the DVDs/USBs we’ve transferred everything on to.
Absolutely not! We take the upmost care of your media as we know how precious the memories are and will not post anything out.
We do not charge for any blank tapes.
We will text you to confirm your order is complete and ready to collect.
Payment is requested once the transfer is complete in case there’s any issues when transferring or if any of the tapes are blank and can be made by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Credit/Debit card.
If you’re unable to get to one of our drop-off locations in Kinver or Wall Heath we’re happy to offer a Collect & Drop-off service which is £5 within 5 miles of Kinver. If you are further afield please contact us or arrange a courier to post them to us (please ensure anything posted is packed carefully and sent tracked and signed for).
We offer a volume discount of 10% off orders of 15 or more tapes. If you have a very large order please contact us for a custom quote.
